2013 - AMERICAN FILM INSTITUTE & Time Warner Award Fellowship
Adriana has been accepted as a Directing Fellow into the MFA program of the AFI Conservatory in Los Angeles.
A select list of Fellows from previous classes, include: David Lynch (The Elephant Man), Janusz Kamiński (Schindler's List), Darren Aronofsky (Requiem for a Dream, Black Swan), Steve Golin (Babel, Being John Malkovich), Steven Rosenblum (Braveheart), Terrence Malick (The Thin Red Line), Paul Schrader (Taxi Driver), Wally Pfister (Memento), Matthew Libatique (Pi, Requiem for a Dream), Robert Elswit (There Will Be Blood), Robert Richardson (The Doors, JFK), Caleb Deschanel (The Passion of the Christ) and Marshall Herskovitz (Traffic, The Last Samurai).
